Meet Dr. Abby Kilgore (Wentzville, MO)
Dr. Kilgore graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology from University Missouri St. Louis (UMSL) in 2001 and then went on to graduated on the Dean’s List from UMSL’s College of Optometry.
Dr. Kilgore is a member of Beta Sigma Kappa (Honors Society), American Optometric Association (AOA), Missouri Optometric Association (MOA), and St. Louis Optometric Society. While in school, Dr. Kilgore worked as an Optician at a private practice in St. Louis. Dr. Kilgore has been with Wentzville Vision Center since 2005.

My son broke his glasses, the team was able to get us in the next day for an appointment and he had ... Show Morehis new glasses within a week. Previously we went to a larger chain store they were 3 weeks out on appointments and the frames/lenses were 2x the price. At wentzville eye center I was able to get name brand frames for WAY less! They didn’t pressure us into upgrades I wasn’t interested in and the dr was friendly and patient with him!
